At Jawad International Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided after contacting our support team.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
